Supp.AI is back online

After being unreachable for several months (or longer), I noted today that the Allen Institute for AI's very useful search tool for drug and supplement interactions is back up. I've not checked to see if the database has been updated in the interim, but hopefully with the wider use of AI, the curation will now be continuous.

It also works for drug to drug - I think. Altho' I only used a year or so back to check drug to supplement and supp to supp interaction. Their intro comment makes it sound like the database is being updated; i.e. "curated". Let's see if the database size grows over time. Either way, it's a reasonably good way to look for possible positive synergies and negative interactions. The linked research will often also indicate best dosing, timing, w/wo food, etc., so it's basically (as with most useful AI) a potential big time saver.
