The compelling link between physical activity and the body's defense system & Should I exercise during the coronavirus pandemic?

Some good science-based guidelines for tailoring your exercise program to best benefit your immune function in the face of our current new medical challenge. Also, here is a link to a website that is tracking COVID-19 in real-time. Scroll down for by-country data and note the "Total Cases Per 1 Million Population". Several days ago that number was in the thirties for the US. At 1 PM today (03/21) it has doubled to 67. And while just a reflection of one aspect of a very "imperfect" data set, the current 12% death rate to recovered patients should sound the alarm for everyone who still thinks this is being overblown.

It is why I try and exercise at least 3 days per week...Exercise but remain at a safe distance...I stopped the Y (miss the steam room) and walk 3 miles with my son and his wife who are self isolated--working at home... Best of luck to all in this trying time...
