I have been diagnosed with BPH (Prostate Enlargement) & prescribed TAMSULOSIN.

Does anybody have any experience of either of those treatments.

Hi Hugo

I have the same condition and struggle with flow and night time trips to the bathroom.

I was prescribed Tamsilosin however I didn’t like the side effects which included tiredness lethargy and retrograde ejaculation. I didn’t really see any marked difference in the frequency of urinating but flow was improved.

I decided to stop taking as I felt the side effects outweighed the benefits.

I’m sure there are plenty of success stories out there but it just didn’t work for me.

Good luck with whatever you choose to do with your condition.
