I'm 16 an I'm wondering if any of this will affect me at my age as it feels as I I have some symptoms any ideas?

Hi!

It is hard to believe that at your age you may already have symptoms of any known prostate disease. Anyway, please let us know what symptoms are. Thanks.

Pain in my teste turns out I have an enlarged vein (forgotten the medical term) also recently a lack of ejaculate when masturbating and pain in my back

That may be a prostatitis. Depending on the intensity of the pain and other symptoms you probably need to visit a doctor. Anyway take care of your personal hygiene and of course the one of yours partners.

And do not forget to masturbate with yours hands clean...
