Hi I am new to this so hear go's , has any one experanced going 35 days into a month with no period and a negative pregnency test?
Hi there,
Yes, my cycles are usually 34-36 days and I have mild pcos. I've been though clomid, letrozole, one fresh ivf cycle and just about to start fet.
Yes unfortunately this happens to me occasionally. I reached 37 days just before Christmas. I vary between 27 and 37 day cycles and it is considered by my gynae as normal.
Hi, my recent cycle was 46 days!!! I have NEVER been diagnosed as having PCOS or anything else. All my scans and tests are normal and healthy. My consultant at IVF clinic says it's because I have trouble ovulating. Clomid did not work for me hence IVF. I am 35 years old and we have been trying to conceive for nearly 4 years...
Hi Penny28. Unfortunately, this is one of the symptoms of PCSO. If you have been trying to conceive for some time, then perhaps you should see your GP - if you haven't already done so, who can order some preliminary blood tests on you, followed by a referral to a consultant if necessary. Good luck! Diane
Hi Diane I have unfotunatly been down that route of a consultant I was on clomid for 12 months and when I fist got refers my estgion was only 1 I think it so pose to be like 15 so it was bad all because of that lovely pill ingectshon depo which ment I went without a period for a year. It's just so up setting as I am due to go for all my tests for ivf as soon as I get my period which is late by 7 days. I fill like I am back to squer one with this pcos thing. I have wasted 5 years of my life wonting to be pregnent (2years befor I had my 1st) 3 years this October and both my sisters have pcos and didn't have any trouble my middle sis has 3 and my younger sis got pregnent in 6months and I am the one that looks after my self and is a size 8/10 sorry if I am going on just filling a little hard done by xx
