Not an expert on iron solubility, but I doubt that you would get much from cooking oatmeal. Iron is attacked by hydrochloric acid but none of that in cooking. Also those iron pots will last many decades so they can't be giving up very much. Also, it would probably be in the form of iron oxide which isn't particularly active. Some chemist might correct me here but just my perspective.

One other thought. You get about 0.9 mg of iron in a serving of oatmeal. That would be far more than what you could get from the pan itself.
