You may be aware of NHS Choices as resource for information about many disorders, unfortunately there is little information here about FASD but please feel free to check out this page:

I have been able to find a lot of information through both of those site you have linked. and I found another site on fb called Child's Voice and FASD forever. I like that they had so much info and list of doctors and daycares.
