Hi. I travelled by public transport from New Cross to attend this group for first time. I was in a crisis situation last December, Julia Brown and Ruth gave me a tremendous amount of support via email. I am so grateful. It was very cold out this morning but I received a warm welcome when I finally arrived (long story) so if you are in need of support and live in SE London go to next group meeting. I braved the weather and was not disappointed.
