Ramsey hunt and work

Hi all,

How long did everyone take off work to recover from Ramsey Hunt? I've been off for nearly one week but hardly able to do anything due to fatigue. Wondering what other people have experienced and what to expect.

Thanks

Hi misses

I hope you are on the road to recovery, but I feel that one week is rather too soon to go back to work. Depends on your level of RHS, Mine was so bad I was away from work for 4months. Please be gentle with yourself and take it easy, it also depend on the nature of your work if it is of a stressful nature better go back when you feel fully recovered. The doctors are very understanding of the debilitating nature of RHS if you don't feel up to it they will support you in your decision.

All the best and good recovery.
