I am on week 6 and have only lost 3lbs and 3 inches. I have cut down on food try and eat the rainbow of salad and vegetables.
Have you any tips.
I am doing okay on my fitness.

Hi ChrissyI just make sure I eat 3 meals a day, with the right portions of carbs, proteins and veg, nothing to eat after 7pm and cut out all sugary drinks, if I really feel the need for something sweet I have a skinny whip bar to satisfy my craving.
