Three days into taking tadalafil 5mg daily for bph. I notice sore muscles in my quads and lower back. Will these side effects go away eventually?

I’m taking the same dose for the same reason as you. I have noticed I do have back and thigh discomfort, but it’s not bad enough to make me want to discontinue taking tadalafil. Have you noticed any improvement in your urinary symptoms as yet?
I've only been taking it for 5 days and have not noticed any improvement in urinary symptoms. I'll let you know more in two more weeks. Thank for the reply.
