Tadalafil daily

I was commenced on tamsulosin for BPH. I’m 64 btw. It helped my symptoms but made everything “down below “ feel a bit dead. Plus erections were less firm. 5mg tadalafil further improved my prostate symptoms and erections are super hard now. No unwanted side effects = happy man!

Oh yes I remember. I can’t recommend tadalafil enough - it’s like having an 18 year old penis again!

if differs depending on what man takes it. it also matters what nerves the surgeon left after he ripped the prostate out of us

Yes for the last two and a half years. Started 2 months after RARP. I also initially had a 20mg prescription for on demand. That caused heartburn. Reduced to 10 which cause minor heartburn. After 1 year point doc had a change of heart and started writing prescription for 50mg viagra for on demand.

5mg daily allows usable errections. I should probably stop for a week jist to see what occurs naturally.

Thanks. Might be intresting to try the 5mg tadalafil with a lower viagra dose (Half a 50mg tab - you can split them)

I have taken 5mg Cialis since December 2020 following prostatectomy. No problems except maybe a little flushing at times.
