How many laparoscopies have you had as part of your treatment for endometriosis?
1 laparoscopy > 1 Bowel Perforation = 1 laparotomy
i am going in for my 14th Lap very soon with two surgeons this time

I am due for my 7th laparoscopy along with gynae pathology report - possible removal of left Fallopian tube! Already had bowl removed from ovary and appendix removed because of the endo!!! Can't believe how many surgeries we all have to go through because of this disease!
I've only had one, but only because they say I'm too young and they don't like to operate even though I'm in agony, and I've been bleeding for 3months now non stop 
at uni and the mood swings and fatigue are effecting my work.. It sucks
I'm 20 and have had 4, waiting for another. Keep pressing them!
I've only had 1 tooand also got told I'm young for another my endo came back 4months after my lap and I get terrible mood swings xx
Hi! Maybe your doctors are right. Every surgery leaves scars and adhesions inside you and that adds to the chronic pelvic pain. I had 2 laparascopies in 8years and i was advised to make sure that i will go through another one only if nothing else works and always with considerations of the side effects..
My doctor wouldn't give me one because I was too young, I was seventeen at the time, it's been 8 years and I still haven't had one x
I have surgery done last MAY- 2011 but my Gyne don't confirmed that I have endometriosis, till last Dec.2013 I was diagnosed sever endometriosis, & still waiting for surgery again
I have had none and I am in so much pain. I dont no what to do
IV had 11 suffering from endometriosis for 10 years now its on my bowlers and bladder and waiting for full hysterectomy and bladder n bowlers surgery as they now have taken 2 long to give me hysterectomy I now have it else were!
Hi I have it n my bowels ovaries and pelvic wall in lots of pain they said its to severe to operate they could perforate my bladder or bowel.even kill me so I'm going for a second apionion my gp is refuring me I had endometriosis for 16 years they took my womb and cervix but. Left my ovaries now its its spread Everywhere I. Wish they could help us all xx

I've had 15 laparoscopys.......a laparotomy n a hysterectomy...bowel resection....and endo returned 18months ago worse dan its ever been....found an endo specialist n tings r defo on d up pain wise 
Just had my 3rd one done last Tuesday. Took my right ovary and tube and cut away at a bridge between my bowel and womb and laserd some off my pelvis. Hopefully this is going to be my last op. The next step would have to be remove everything!!!! Feel really sorry for you ladies that have had more ops, I'm only just learning how terrible this disease really is. I only got told I had it 5 years ago. Best of luck to everyone
I've also had 14. Number 15 will be in a few weeks time
I have never had a laparoscopy, every gynea I've seen has been awful and never even suggested a diagnosis.
I've had to pay privately to some answers and now I'm just going straight for hysterectomy

None, don't really want one...
