Warning signs of Encephalitis seizures?

It would be good if there are warning signs of encephalitis seizures that have been noticed. My wife, God bless her, says initial signs for me are confusion over words - saying "Rossing the croad" instead of "Crossing the road" for instance is soon followed by complete verbal confusion and words breaking down into "Higgledy piggledy" nonsense words. All this goes unnoticed by me as I am unaware of my mix-ups.

I wonder if in the early stages, trying to recite the alphabet, or count from 1 to 20 would be a reliable sign of an oncoming attack?

Bearing in mind that there are many different types of seizure, so researching can get confusing.

No, the trigger "used to be" me having a fever or if I picked something up i.e a cold or the flu tonsilitis etc, but since 1993/4 I have been fine that way but instead developed profound Obsessive Compulsive Disorder - OCD. That's why I generally don't talk about it much these days unless someone needs a helping hand.

Everyone is different, and everyone has/had different types of seizures and/or epilepsy so I can't speak for them.

I hope this helps you.

Mine was having very flu like symptoms and getting confused and then I just said to my Mum that I was going to have a seizure (not that I’d ever had one before, so I didn’t actually know what that meant!) after that I have no memory of any of my seizures apart from two minor incidents (there is a name, but I can’t remember it 🤦‍♀️) Firstly getting a very shaky hand and spilling orange juice whilst eating breakfast and secondly just feeling like I was going to have a seizure, but nothing came of it.
