When I first came out of hospital in 2018 after recovering from Anti-NMDA Receptor Encephalitis I was constantly searching for answers and someone who had also experienced encephalitis - I'm so glad we have HealthUnlocked now!

Follow prof Tom Solomons He is excellent and has seen many cases I am four years out now still have no smell and my taste is weird and getting worse Positive side it's easy to loose weight and save money on dining out
Hello Ocean96. There's a film on Netflix called "Brain on Fire" based on a true story about a woman's experience of encephalitis. I seen it about a year after I went through it myself and it helped me a lot. I honestly don't remember anything I had went through but my family said this was very similar to my story so was interesting to see but also made me happy I don't really remember my own case.
