If you don’t already know it, can I recommend the photo diary app for your phone called DayOneapp.com. Find it where you normally get your phone apps. It’s a super simple photo diary that allows you to add picture to the day with a small text. Easier to use than an old fashioned diary.

Because the first day was the day after my first birthday so well over 40 years ago now, so I have not had memory problems. Howeverit will be helpful to Cheny's friend and most of the community here.
