Can you sleep to long with this awfull disease I have never slept more then 10 hours and I set multiple alarms but I go straight back to sleep it’s scary I don’t even no I have done it sometimes till I wake back up it’s awfulll ant advice would be much appreciated :(

I would give yourself six months to a year of just sleeping as long and as frequently as you want to. I think it gives your body the best chance of repairing itself. Ideally you will start to feel better and need to sleep less. At this point it is really important to be gentle and pace carefully, if you try to do too much you will just crash again.
