Hi, I have had ME/CFS for 15 years and before that never had any weight issues. Like you say there is little energy for exercise and when there is there is a tendancy to 'over do it'. My advice is to try to eat as healthily as possible. I have tried to follow a diet when I can get my head around it, but, accept that I will never probably have the figure I once had. On a happier note my husband still tells me I'm gorgeous and that makes me feel a whole lot better about myself.
