Any test suggestions please

This is probably off point but then you guys may suffer from bloating and wanting to sort your microbiome out etc . M ypartner is attending a gastroenterologist . We cannot afford a functional medicine doctor . So whilst nhs is free. Any suggestions of blood tests or tests etc that could help with diagnosing chronic bloating . He has no pain . Just a stomach that is distended like a beach ball all day every day for 30 years. He has negative coeliac tests . He has a ct scan . I want him to have an ogd camera into stomach and into intestines. I believe his inflammation is causing malabsorption of his nutrients etc and his altered microbiome is causing low immunity . Which is causing his eczema to be so bad and other illnesses . Sorry if wrong site . I am checking out others . Thank you
