Intense itchy skin

For about 2 months I have suddenly started to have the most intense itchy skin all over my body, from my feet all the way up to my scalp. ( no rash)

I have to take antihistamines every 3 days. It seems to be a pattern, I take the antihestamine and it works wonders, then 3 days later itis back!

I haven't changed washing powder and my diet is the same !

I made a doctors appointment which got cancelled. It's been difficult to get to see a doctor due to covid.

Can someone help me!!! I'm going insane !

If the antihistamines work, why not take them every day at least until you can see a doctor.

Yes I've been taking them as the itchyness is too intense.

Hi there, I also started the same way, an by itching I broke the skin, I have since found out that I have an autoimmune condition as the condition got gradually worse,
