It would be silly to say to you not to worry. Because I too am the type who assumes the worst. But lets take it slow. You wrote you have researched on the internet. As a person who had a kidney removed, then the kidney cancer returned to my bones and I am stage 4 with no available treatments, I too research the net. BE CAREFUL. Only read reliable webpages such as American Cancer Society, etc. But as I understand High Risk HPV, caught early, while not "curable" us bit a definite to lead to cancer. If it becomes serious then there were be cells noted on the cervix. Caught at this stage there are treatments. These cells caught early can be treated to prevent from becoming cancer. Check this website;

healthline.com/health/sexua....

There are types of high risk HPV. For example HPV-16, or 18, etc.

But you are likely most worried about them turning into cancer and then what. And especially the effect on your kidney. Well as I say, I have cancer. Tumors in my pelvis, spine, femur, rib. It has been since 2017. While there is no chemotherapy, there is what is called immunotherapy, which turns up your own immune system to fight the cancer. It extends life a few months. But the point is, which is hopeful for you in your worry about kidney effects, my kidney function (only 1 kidney) has not be changed by treatment nor by cancer.

Now where does this leave you. Get cancer out of your head. Tackle the HPV. MOST PEOPLE WITH HIGH RISK HPV DO NOT DEVELOP CANCER. Your own immune system will get rid of the infection. If not, in many the infection just lingers for years. Yes in cases the HPV CAN over time turn cancerous. Read this:

Right now, get your HPV treated.

Also look at this website :cdc.gov/cancer/hpv/statisti...

Look at the chart. In the entire United States you know how many females, per year, get high risk hpv , about 200,000. Of those about 11,000 go get form of cancer (usually found early and treated). Of the 11,000 4,000 unfortunately passed away.

The entire ADULT female population of the United States is in the millions!!! You know your condition. Your doctor will monitor it throughout your life. All is extremely, extremely likely to be well.

Great news. Believe me I have had such panic attacks regarding medical things too. I think many times that the doctors who are dealing with such things daily, do not realize how difficult it is for the patient to wait days for results of tests, or to have an appointment with the doctor to talk. You went through hell with worry, but I'm glad your results are great.
