I’m from the uk. I’ve had no dietry advice or guidance from my doctor.

I’m scheduled to have another test in a year. I don’t know what my potassium phosphorus levels are so it makes it difficult to know what to cut out. Fruit and veggies have a lot of potassium. Also I have been on a couple of diet sites and they contradict each other. I’m glad I’ve found this site.
