Yes I can identify with that Boycie I found that cutting down on the amount of food I ate helped me greatly. Make sure you go to a kidney dietician and stick to the diet low in protein and potassium and I'm sure it will help you. good luck and all the best xx

It would be a good thing to speak to a doctor, when it felt dizzy it was because of low blood pressure due to taking two medications for high blood pressure, which isn't too worrying as the medication can be reduced, but often we can struggle to convert iron so we are anaemic and that does cause dizziness and for me a lack of appetite too, a blood test may give you an answer, I have been given iron injections and it works really well, I think they call it EPO. I hope you will get your answer.

Being ckd 4 can make you feel both of those things

As has already been said you must pay strict attention to everything you eat and drink. I found it easier to forego any oily food. Its also worth investing ina full arm bp monitor if you can afford it

It allows you a greater sense of understanding what may or may not be contributing to your symptoms

i had something like that myself last week, i had just had my lunch (i was out shopping at the time) as i was walking i got very dizzy like i had been spun round and had to hold onto a table for a few minutes, when i went to walk on i was very unsteady and waited another few minutes then ot just went away, felt very strange im stage 4 too, egfr 19
