How are people doing?

I have been reflecting on my own journey and recognising my own personal growth in dealing with stuff rather than drowning in my old friend wine to numb everything.

I was wondering if people would be interested in doing a dry April challenge?

Hmmm tricky one - I'm currently not drinking, but I would def have a glass (or 2) at Easter as we always have a big family celebration meal... Might just do a dry April minus one day 😏😘

I’d normally be up for this Ju-Ju, but I’m now really looking forward to completing my “Dry Jan/Feb/March” and tagging another month on the end of that is probably a step too far (for me at least!).
