I can not fall asleep properly anymore. Sleeping has become none existent. I need to do manual fluid exchanges .four times a day.

Please give as many tips on obtaining and keeping asleep once these processes have begun. It is very hard to get off into a natural seep with all the sleeping tablets and the like. Please help as I have not slept for five days.

I have done manual exchange for 5 years, It was very debilitating and I must say I hated it. That was a very long time ago and I cannot remember my sleeping pattern. Do you do 3 exchanges during the day and 1 before you go to sleep?

How do you spread your exchanges? Do you work/study? Have you mentioned your lack of sleep to your consultant?
