Is it mandatory to show the diabetes when you renew your health policy which was already taken since last 4 yrs when was not have problem

It is up to you but it is always better to show . This will help in taking claims if any. ( I wish and pray God if u never need it)

because you never claim previously or age is under 40 or 45 years

What is the use of taking a policy if one has to intimate the co. of any disease acquired after taking a policy at the time of renewal. At the time of taking a health cover, you have to declare existing disease. The insurance co. will put a rider of waiting period of 4 years in case of a claim. Means pre existing disease claim can not be taken for the first 4 years after taking a fresh policy. All other diseases contracted after taking a policy are covered and need not to be informed to the co.
