As you have detected diabetes through tests ordered by your doctor, he is the only authority to prescribe and advise you. But the general rule is that diabetes should not eat much, especially sweets, Rice, and produces that grow below ground level. Quarterly check ups and consultations with doctor is essential. Junk foods should be avoided. I am a vegetarian and unable to advise you on non vegetarian diet restrictions.
