do strips for glucometer have a short shelf life? once a box of 50 strips is opened are the strips to be used in say 10 days?

Agree with Anup, but shall not be exposed to damp weather and always the vial is to be immediately closed after taking out one strip. Follow the time line instructions of the box within in how many days it should be used in full after first opening.

Normally the strips come in 10 s and 25 s packaging.The strips are useful until six months after opening the container.There is also a final expiry date printed in the vials
