At the outset let me clear the air. I am not a doctor. But have succeeded in controlling not only BS level but overall health, of course, given my age and suffering from diabetes for 17 years. Neuro problems relate to nerve damage in the eye, cataract developments relatively in an early age. Tingling sensation in the foot, Sensory organs in the foot loose sensitivity. These are what I have seen. Walk is the safest exercise to advise. If relatively younger walk briskly for 45 minutes. If older like me, walk as fast as you can with your sight parallel to the ground. Keep cool. I have overcome vertigo problem one month or 6 weeks after using nutrition supplements. Vertigo causes reeling of head sort of losing balance particularly when you turn sideways to look for traffic to cross the road; look far above in the sky or sky scrapper building etc. Yet, managing is the key if one is old.

I fully agree with Mr Dinanath. I m 60+ and suffering from diabetes for 18 years and having minimum Neuro problems due to brisky walk in morning and little regular YOGA like Kapalbhati and Anulombilom pranayam. The correct posture is very important in yoga which one may learn from various TV Yoga Shows in morning like Aastha Channel.
