diabetician having sugar leve of 170. and also I have frozen shoulder both shoulders. Any . yogasana to getrelief from this pain.
if u try paschimpadasna , ardhyamatsyana and bhujangasna u will not only have relief from frozen shoulders but also in controlling blood sugar level.Whereas I was advised shoulder surgery 6years before but with the help of these asanas I am perfactly normal.
I too had frozen shoulder.It can be treated easily with physiotherapy.Better find a private hospital with a good physiotherapy lab and visit.In a couple of visits they will teach you the exercises and you have to practice with 2 KG weights and the exercises for a couple of weeks.The pain is really unbearable and I was told that diiabetics are more prone to this problem.
Frozen shoulders are prevalent amongst diabetics though diabetes is not the cause of it.The routine recovery time may extend upto one and a half year.The initial phase of six months will be with severe pain,followed by a six month phase of restriction of shoulder movements.In this phase the pain becomes less.The last six month phase will see the shoulder movements become normal and pain disappear completely. However, these phases can be made comfortable by use of various physiotherapy modalities and exercises.Use of heat and exercises are advocated, but under the supervision of a qualified physiotherapist. Injudicious exercises done at the hands of quacks can lead to permanent damage to the structures around the joint and a permanently damaged shoulder.
I had the same shoulder freezing.
1. I tried chinese needle theraphy. It did not work.
2. I tried Hakim treatment in old city Hyderabad.-Did not work.
3.. I have to "Manthar Man" who read something and fixed a nail on a tree and said it will be
cured - It did not worked.
4. Contacted a corporate hospital doctor who prescribe elobarate test which cost Rs 5000 .
I was cheated by that chap.. Prescribed some drugs- did not work.
5. A physiotherpist gave simple solution by some exercises.- It worked.
6. If u can hang like a monkey from tree branch(low level) it is fine. It works.
7. Do nothing , it bothers u for 6 to 8 months and goes by itself
For frozen shoulder go to a wall and keep your affected hand in a raised position. Slowly take the hand up by crawling. Stop there where pain has come. Repeat 4/5 times. Slowly improve the height. Definitely you will be relieved from pain within a month.
You have enough pieces of advise.Select them and follow suitably.Most of our food items can be used for diabetic management.Try to follow LCHF as possible by you.Your physical problem can successfully be solved.Do not worry .You can follow selective YOGA items or go for physiotherapy as well.Medicines,food,exercises and peaceful slumber are the perks for diabetic management.
As per the manual of blood sugar test eqpt for a diabetes patient Fasting should be less that 125 mg/dl and 2hours post meal less than 180 mg/dl and HbA1c less than 7% as regarding frozen shoulder try Sandhi sudha oil, rub the oil and let it soak till the oil get absorbed, may be half and hour and then give hot water fermentation. it worked on me and today I am playing golf, but takes time the results start coming in couple of months I used for almost 6 months and 4 years have passed it has not surfaced.
If don't wanna go on trip of expensive things...
Rub your shoulder with sesame oil everyday and whole body twice or thrice a. Month....
Search for acupressure points for shoulder on Google you'll get big information...
Frozen shoulder may be because of 'vata' increased in the body...
Cut very small pinch of ginger and chew it before food it will decrease the 'vata' in body and also help in digestion...
Take calcium tablets everyday for 30 days
Take. Magnesium tablets for 30-60 days
Take cod liver oil tablets 4-6 a day for 3-6 months...
All these things will help your body in recovery from any disease and lowering your sugar levels... U
Also if your 'vata' type then search on Google how to decrease it...
It will really help you...
Follow this sequence of yogasanas because sequence of yogasanas is very people underestimate it but it changes everything Iam giving you sequence of yogasanas if you follow you can get fast but do them carefully look up for what your body says...
