Please drink 1-1.5litre light hot water ( light hot meansshalf of normal tea hot) in the morning before brush daily without fail.

Take raw papaya+aloevera juice and amla papaya juice alternative day home made not purchased bottles only before half an hour of each food ,feel the changes and check after one month.
