I have sleeping problem and my mouth get dry after mid night. Please let me know the reason and remedy.

your mouth gets dry becoz your blood sugar level drops below normal/ or rises far above normal--may be-by that time.(rise above nmormal is more of a chance)

if one eats less than required then this can happen. check bp sugar level at the time of problem. are you a sweet liker?

dehydration may be also that you dont drink enough water.

There is also a possibility that your mouth get open when sleeping causing the mouth to get dry. I have experienced this on a number of occassions when sleep on my back. I chaged my position of sleeping instead of on my back, I know sleep on my side, and hence this problem has not appeared so far.

hi do you have a sinus or nasal blockagae problem?

when both nostrils get closed body opens mouth automaticaly and takes air thru mouth. in that process the mouth gets dry.

as soon as you wake up just close one nose an try breathing .then try the otherside. if you find both are blacked,thn you need to do something about nose problem-sinus etc.
