Suggest me exersises that will keep my dibetes under control as I do not want to keep myself on pills life long .
Depending your age, you can choose any excercise which burn the calories fast. if you are young,go for jogging/running and if you are above 40 go for brisk walking min 6 kms , 1hr either at a time or 40 min 2 times . Diabetes is a displine disease .if you take it like this ,then there is no problem.
my experience is walking alone does not help ,sugar level goes up due to stress and tension. so try to reduce any anxiety and stress . do Yoga also.
