Hi Munia ,

Thanks for your question . Since I am not aware about your food pattern , it is not possible to be specific and accurate in your case . But you must tell you raising bed time , morning tea or bed tea , breakfast time , launch , tiffin and dinner time , what quantum of food you consume.

However , suppose you are getting up at 6.30 or 7 P.M. Take Bed Tea with sugar free biscuit now available in the market in the name of Ragi (2 Biscuits ) Only

At 8 A.M. Take Roti and boiled vegitable ( in place of Bread ) -Quantum depends on your age , weight , body structure . How ever 2 to 3 chapati of medium size is enough , with one cup tea or coffee with little milk or no milk . It is better to avoid thick milk and milk product

AT 11 A.m . Take some thng fruits as noted earlier in the blog , little quantity and in rotation wise/ rose milk . soup ( Donot take all at one time i.e. suip with rose milk etc.)

Attempt will be made to post one blog shortly on diet and dietary planning , for the benefit of the members .

AT 1 P.M take Launch

At 5 P.M. take Tea ,with some snack suitable to diabatic

AT 7 P.M. take some thing just Green salad etc

AT 9 P.M. take your dinner .

It means , your duration must be maximum 3 Hours . Your stomach must not be emplty warranting Hypoglycemea .

Please take the help of your Doctor and Dietian , who can give you a complete list of diet on rotation wise .

Thanks

Take care.
