Dear friend,

if you are not used to any form of physical exercise so far, then I would urge you to do simple things.

If you are driving your car or riding your bike to the shop nearby, stop and use your feet.

If you are taking the lift to your office, consider walking up the stairs.

If you are tied to your desk or cabin all day, it is good to move around to take water or coffee with colleagues. this will not only help you burn some calories and help your body get used to some physical activity but also improve your personal relations with people.

And once you are doing this comfortably, you may want to start 10-15 minutes of brisk walking, preferably at the same time every day.

Wish you good luck and great health

Walking moderately briskly for about 40 min daily is recommended. You should feel an increased breathing rate, but at a comfortable level. The walk should be regular and purposeful and not as a diversion.
