I am having Ecosprin 75 regularly. I have to undergo a small operation. Is the medicine to be stopped a few days before the operation?

yes generally 2-3 days before the procedure. Check up with the surgeon.

Yes all that asprin, clopidagrel are to be stopped at least 3 days before , 5days before is best.
