I feel fatigue and tiredness in my legs often. Though I take Multi vitamin like Absolut 3G. Any remedy for this please?

Is your Blood Sugar under control please? Has this been checked first?
I take 1 tablet of Glycephage 500 SR daily before meal, but I think inspite of this, the blood sugar goes beyond border line.
