Being a diabetic from last 4 month now find that FBS is 114 and 127 but PPBS 87 and 98 so any thing wrong with lower level of PPBS ?

Need to know what diabetic drug or insulin you are taking in the morning. You have to halve the morning dose of anti diabetic drug taken before breakfast. If on insulin you have to reduce the morning dose by 2 to 4 units and then check you PPBG.

taking the Glimestar M3 forte before breakfast only.

Sairam, can reduce glimstar 3 mg to 1.5 mg ( ie halve the tablet ) and then check ur PPBG after 3 days.
