most of the time my Fasting sugar is around 160-180 and PP is 150 - 160. this I check with Glucometer. Are these reading normal? pl help
are you taking any medicine.before the lunch.
no i dont take any medcine either bfore lunch / after lunch
Normal range for Blood Sugar (Fasting) is 70-110 mg/dl.
Normal range for Blood Sugar (PP) is 80-140 mg/dl

glucometer readings are false you cannot depend on these readings.the manufacturer
himself says the deviation would be 20%, You may inquire in the medical shop itself
where from you bought the meter.you have to necesserly get it checked in the lab only.
Glucometer readings can be doubted only when you are reporting the observation only for the first time. Whether everytime your PP readings are lower than the fasting ones? will you please give the details of time when you are testing the fasting and PP what is the time duration after which you are testing PP. Your BMI or whight and height.
