Hi Friends, I work out regularly 45 minutes of step aerobics and 15 mins of stretches careful with my diet too

Firstly u check ur diet schedule, and act as per dietician chart for ur food.

Have confidence in Dr. Promod.His advices have all been friendly and guiding. You have to undergo all tests on diabetes such as your age, age at which you became diabetes,Have you checked your HbA1c level? What is your fasting and PP sugar?What are all the diabetes medicines and at what strength and how many times a day may all be required by him for advice. You can not win over diabetes with simple exercises alone with out drugs.I am not related to him but a patient who find him to be a truthful diabetologist voluntarily offering his professional advice free..

Sir, You may be correct with respect to prevention through exercises for strengthening the pancreas. But kindly note that diabetes in both type1 and type2 is mostly hereditary and the pancreas it self gets weakened by age in these people that can not be prevented and the only course is monitoring and managing it.

MEDICINES WORK ON DIABETES BUT I DO NOT PREFER THE MEDICINES BECAUSE THERE ARE SIDE EFFECTS. I RECOMMEND ONLY NUTRITION FOR DIABETIC. THERE ARE MANY PATHY LIKE AYURVEDA, HOMEOPATHY, AELOPATHY ETC....
