i am suffering from acute shoulder pain N unable 2 move with out help,dr say it-frozen shoulder? how can i recover from such terrible pain!

You need to do this.

1. raise your arm with the help of the other arm, holding it by the wrist 25 times a day.

2. bend and let the affected arm hang down and try to make circles, clockwise and anticlockwise 10 times each
