My Age 39. Just last year came to know i'm having diabetes. how do i know it is type 1 or type 2. Before BF 130-160 after not checked.

You are Type 2 Diabetic. Your sugar levels at fasting are not alarming. First step is to cut down all sugar intake, avoid Ice Cream and sweets like Laddu immrediately. Wait for 15 days and repeat the check. If your sugar lebvel is still high, go and meet a Diabetic Doctor.

As suggested, totally stop taking sugar in any form for 15 days. Then check both your fasting and PP sugar. It is better to consult your doctor after that with all the results and follow his advice. Please do not be panicky. It can be controlled.
