The essence of your remark about Allopathic med not clear to me. Is idea to wean me away from these and make me as good as i ever was. pl reply. note i am 71 and have so many other problems like hypertension, Lumber Canal Stenosis ( may be upper canal also); can not walk more then 100 m or so. Also pl note that i had been associated with exercising, Yogic Asanas (Suksh-vyayam), meditation etc since my teens and had worked in a heavy metallurgical Industry.
It is better to not take Bananas.
You should reduce the dose of Glimipiride and Metformin using slandered diet chart of 1500 calories.
wITH LOWER DOSES GETTING FASTING >120, PP .220 . doses increased by Doc (Md). Can live without any sweets any other restrictions neede,Adding fruit to diet popularly advised banana easier availablity, hence choie. popular pages even permit small qty once in awhile.
Please elaborate on ill effects of such dose of drugs.
