Can sugar be controlled by Aurvedic Medicine like Ram Dev Medicines or of any other brand as allopathic has side effects

Lets get the fact straight. Sugar cannot be controlled by Ram Dev medicines. In longer run, you will end up having complications with inadequate use of effective drugs to manage your sugar. Ayurved has good medicines. Which allopathic medicines you talking about having side effects? Are you a Type 1 or 2 diabetic?

I do not agree with mr Najeeb answer I know atleast 15-20 people in my colony practising kapal bhati 20 mt and anulom vilom 20mt and could reduce medicines but i also advise not to discontinue medicines or reduce with out doctors advise including ayurveda
