Dear Debasish,

wear only cotton socks, with less elastic. during winter night just cover your feet during sleep time.

walk briskly daily for 30 minutes.

keep vigil over blood glucose atleast twice a month.

keep updated your doctor.

never stop taking your medicine on-time.

never get over stressed up.

always check on your feet for splits, cuts and wounds. never keep it unattended.

PRAY TO GOOD LORD.

AND ALL THE BEST.

Special gel heels can also be used in your normal shoes. Maybe there is no need for you to go for special shoes. Gel heels are By Dr Scholls. Please consult a foot specialist or Bata

Special Diabetic Shoes by good branded names like Dr. Sholls etc are available in western countries. I am not sure about India locally. You may try ordering from NET if available at reasonable prices. Otherwise selct shoes which are

1. slip on type

2. if leather, it should be soft

3. Light in weight

4. Soft in walking, yeielding to your weight

5. broad at the toes, so that the toes do not get crumpled or pressed togather.

6. Always wear cotton socks.

7. In case of new shoes be very very careful about shoe bites, which should not happen,

8.In the shop before buying, put the shoes for some time and walk atleast for 5 minutes as test.

TAKE CARE AND HAVEA NICE DAY
