your fasting is ok pp is slightly high for control Check what you are having for breakfast avoid carb take a balanced diet with fruits and vegetables do 30 mts of walking daily have a stress free life and try to remain happy always. I too diabetes type 2 with medicine metformin and glimepiride but quite active for my age of 64, four days golf and rest of the days walking and cycling. I have only 100 gms of carb each day. for breakfast it eat one egg omelet next day black whole chana soaked and boiled with seasoning next day two vada of urudu dal or chana one day oats boiled and curd only one day in a week I have two small plain dosa. As for lunch some 60 gms of brown rice/ big wheat dalia/ boiled barley and have dal and vegetable and curd. night one small chapathi may be 4 inch in dia with veg and dal. with this I maintain my BP 110 ff and pp 140.
