Can you Please suggest me 7 days LCHF diet plan , I am vegetarian , north Indian .

arey ye panga chhodo. Let's talk science here. I wish all the diabetics get some way out of the disease. Vegan and / or lc** don't matter to anybody. Please publish the scientific study of all those who have been benefited either by vegan or lc** diet. It's not very difficult. You can ask for the reports of all those who adopted a particular diet and then analyse. Fighting here doesn't get us anywhere.

i'm also on lc** and very much hopeful of getting good results but we should not shut our doors and minds on someone and some other philosophy. If we find other kinds of diet helpful to reverse D why should we not know the science of that avenues also ?
