Mike Pollard Good information you shared .

Metformin may not increase the insulin level in the body or blood . It only burns the sugary content in the food and so as to liver also.

if metformin notolt possible to cut down the carbohydrate and sugar in the food and soas inliver then Pioglitazone also used as combintion or indvidual drug separatley .

However pioglitazone has so much side eggect so it may not used rgularly and it is banned from some times but after again it is remarketed .

however Metformin isgood medicine it has also side effect gadtric and vitamin B vitamins will losses .over all Metformin is safest drug to the diabetic person.

Over all Metformin is safest drug to the diabetic person.
