My fasting is alwsys 120 to 140 . PP is under range like 80 to 130. I am not using any meficine as per advice of doctor. Please suggest .

Fasting is a little high, you can reduce it by taking a midnight protein snack. Or making sure your dinner has a good amount of calories. The liver dumps glucose when it feels you are starving. So your food intake at dinner is not sufficient to last the night. There is a chance that you are eating light at night to get high FBS. Your PPBS is fine.

p.s going to a doctor after being detected for diabetes is fine, but what most people ignore is going to a "Diabetes Clinic" for 'diabetes education'. Most hospitals, endocrinologists and diagnostic clinics like Apollo have these diabetes clinics. Please attend, ignorance is deadlier than sugar for a Diabetic.

eat less but not too less for dinner, have you tried making a gap of at least 2 -3 hours between dinner and sleep?

try out and if that works, include 20 minutes of walking after dinner if possible. that will help fasting sugar levels.
