Diagnosed with type 2 diabitis from last 3 months.

Diabetics must follow a strict regime of diet control, regular exercise, regular check up and regular medicines if and as prescribed by Doctor. Initially if you follow 1800 kcal diet and go for a brisk walk for 40 to 50 minutes is Ok. Food should be divided in 6 parts 3 major meals breakfast lunch and dinner and 3 minor meals such as moring and evening tea and mid morning snack. Stop smoking immediately if you are smoker. Drinks occasional permitted but not more than 1 to one and half peg on one occasion. Go for regular check of B'S and consult doctor
